Baccarat is a game of chance. There is no need
to remember any of the third-card rules.
There is absolutely no requirement to remember
the previous winning hands. They have no bearing
on the game.
In baccarat, whenever any player bets on the banker’s
side and wins, the casino takes a commission. When
you bet on the banker, you gain an advantage of 1.06
percent.
Twos through nines have value equal to their face
value. The face cards (kings, queens, jacks) and
tens count as zero. Aces are valued as one. Suits
are unimportant in online baccarat.
The player is given the first and third cards.
The banker is given the second and fourth cards.
For totals exceeding nine, only the last digit
is considered (the first digit is dropped). For example,
a total of 12 (say 2 pairs of sixes) is counted as
2. The digit 1 is dropped.
The player has a ‘natural’ when he
has a hand of eight or nine. This hand automatically
wins unless there is another natural. Two naturals
make a tie.
Always set a betting limit before the game begins.
This helps keep the game calm and relaxed.
Every gambler must learn the art of money management.
Always keep a close check on how much money you are
losing. People are known to have gone bankrupt while
gambling.
Accept your losses gracefully. Remember, its only a game.
Online baccarat is a graceful game.
